Is Preppin Peppers a legitimate store?
Yes. This store is operated by Hausgem LLC (dba PreppinPeppers), a United States limited liability company. Every order ships with tracking, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, and a human answers support email within 1–2 business days.
Are the pens quality-controlled?
Our pens use a precision dial mechanism (click-dial on the Gansulin, draw-and-push on the V1, V2 and V3) built for consistent, repeatable dispensing, paired with 3 ml glass cartridges. Any wrong, defective, or damaged item is replaced or refunded free.
Are the products sterile or for human use?
No. Everything sold is for research, educational, and demonstration use only. Nothing is sold sterile, as a medical device, or for human or veterinary use, and products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Will the cartridges fit my pen?
The 3 ml glass cartridges are sized for our reconstitution pens: the Gansulin, V1, V2 and V3. If you are using different hardware, email us the pen model before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Do I need bacteriostatic water as well?
Reconstitution needs a diluent, which is sold separately — the pens and cartridges do not include it. Bacteriostatic water is the usual choice for research reconstitution work.
The Travel Cooler Box is a hard-shell cold box with a fitted tray for twelve 3 ml vials. It runs about 12 hours on its three-cell battery or indefinitely on USB, and a digital display on the lid shows the internal temperature (0-18°C) the whole time.

Where the runtime matters
- The airport day. Curbside to gate, a connection and baggage claim runs nine or ten hours; the battery covers it with margin, and the lid display means no opening it at every gate. It carries as hand luggage.
- The drive. Run it off the car socket while you drive and the battery picks up when you park. A power bank in a backpack works the same way.
- The hotel fridge you do not trust. Mini fridges either barely cool or freeze what touches the back wall. Leave the box on the desk running off a wall brick instead.
- Moving a batch, not a single vial. Ice packs mean a soft bag, meltwater by hour four and a temperature you can only estimate. This holds a full set in one compartment and puts a number on it.

Travel Cooler Box or 3-Mode Pen Cooler?
This box is the capacity option: a batch of vials, about 12 hours unplugged. For one pen, the 3-Mode Pen Cooler holds it upright and runs up to about 18 hours on its frozen ice ring, or indefinitely on USB. They solve different problems, and plenty of people end up with both.

Sold as laboratory and research transport equipment, for research, educational and demonstration use only. Not intended for human or veterinary use. Not evaluated by the FDA. This is a temperature-controlled container; it makes no claim about any material stored inside it.
Storage & handling
Bacteriostatic water: store at controlled room temperature, 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C), away from direct sunlight; never freeze. Once the septum has been punctured, standard practice is to discard the vial 28 days after first entry.
Pens, cartridges, cases and coolers: keep clean and dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Store sealed cartridges in their pouches until use.

Where we ship: worldwide, fully tracked. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; those are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
