All sales are final
Because of the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped, and opened or used items can never be returned.
Wrong or damaged orders
- If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship.
