Refund policy

All sales are final

Because of the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Opened or used items can never be returned.

Wrong or damaged orders

• If we shipped the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
• If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, as set out in our shipping policy.
• Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only until tracking shows the carrier has the package. Once it does, the order can no longer be cancelled.
