Stacking & combinations

How these compounds are discussed in the research literature. Named blends below are informal community and vendor labels, not standardized or approved products, and combination pharmacology is under-studied, so “synergy” is usually proposed rather than proven.

Named blends you’ll see referenced
Wolverine 2-part
The base two-part repair blend, named for fast-healing lore. Pairs BPC-157 (angiogenesis, gut and vascular research) with TB-500, a thymosin beta-4 fragment studied for cell migration and actin regulation.
GLOW 3-part
Wolverine plus GHK-Cu. The added copper tripeptide brings skin and connective-tissue remodeling research, which is where the “glow” name comes from. Commonly a ~70 mg three-peptide vial.
KLOW 4-part
GLOW plus KPV, a tripeptide studied for anti-inflammatory and gut-barrier signaling (NF-κB). The most-cited four-part repair blend; often a ~80 mg vial.
The most widely compounded GH-axis blend: a GHRH analog for sustained GH signaling with a GHRP for a strong, clean pulse.
The gentler entry GH pairing: a short, truncated GHRH analog with a GHRP, studied for pulsatile, regulated GH release.
A stabilized GHRH analog studied for visceral fat, paired with a GHRP pulse. The GH-axis blend with the strongest metabolic lean.
CagriSema 2-part
An amylin analog (Cagrilintide) with a GLP-1 agonist (Semaglutide), studied together for two distinct satiety pathways and a larger weight-research signal than either alone.
A metabolic pairing: GLP-1 appetite research alongside GHRH-driven lipolysis research, often discussed for visceral-fat contexts.
Commonly researched together
SynergyCJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
A GHRH analog paired with a GHRP. They act on two complementary arms of growth-hormone release, so together they are studied for a larger, cleaner GH pulse than either alone. The most established pairing in GH-axis research.

SynergySermorelin + GHRP-2
A short-acting GHRH with a growth-hormone secretagogue; a classic combination in GH-axis literature.

SynergyBPC-157 + TB-500
Frequently studied together in tissue-repair research for proposed complementary mechanisms: BPC-157 with angiogenesis and gut/vascular effects, TB-500 (a thymosin beta-4 fragment) with cell migration and actin regulation.

SynergyGHK-Cu + BPC-157
Discussed together in skin and connective-tissue research, pairing tissue remodeling with angiogenesis.

SynergyEpithalon + GHK-Cu
A longevity-and-skin research pairing that combines circadian/telomerase research with tissue-remodeling research.

Redundant or usually not combined
Both act on overlapping incretin (GLP-1 / GIP) pathways. Combining two incretin agonists rarely adds benefit in the literature and compounds gastrointestinal effects.
RedundantIpamorelin + GHRP-6
Both are growth-hormone secretagogues at the same receptor, so combining them is largely redundant.
RedundantCJC-1295 + Sermorelin
Both are GHRH analogs acting on the same receptor; using two together is redundant.
RedundantMelanotan II + PT-141
Both are melanocortin agonists with overlapping activity, so pairing them stacks the same mechanism.
Mixing in one cartridge
Combining compounds in a single cartridge is a stability question, not only a dosing-math one. Peptides differ in their optimal pH, buffers, and shelf life, so some stay stable co-dissolved while others degrade faster together, and any multi-compound blend shortens a conservative beyond-use window. When compatibility is unknown, reconstitute separately or keep short-dated blends cold. Our DIY blend calculator handles the volumes once you have decided what can share a cartridge.
