Is the Gansulin pen genuine?
Yes. Every pen is genuine, new, and ships in its factory-sealed retail box with the protective zip case included. See the pen listing for full specifications.
What cartridges does the pen use?
The pen takes the universal standard 3 ml (300-unit) glass cartridge format. It is not proprietary, so you are not locked to a single brand. We stock 3 ml glass cartridges in 10-packs and bulk 100-packs.
How precise is the dose dial?
The dial meters to a single unit from 1 to 60, with a firm mechanical click on every unit. One unit equals 0.01 ml on a standard U-100 scale. Our reconstitution calculator converts between mg, ml and units.
What is bacteriostatic water and how is it different from sterile water?
Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with about 0.9% benzyl alcohol added as a preservative, which lets a multi-dose vial be entered more than once over time. Sterile water has no preservative and is single-use. We go deeper in this guide, and stock the genuine Pfizer Hospira 30 ml vial.
How should I store everything?
Pen: clean and dry at room temperature, in its case. Cartridges: sealed in their pouches, below 75°F (24°C), out of humidity. Bacteriostatic water: controlled room temperature 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C), do not freeze, discard 28 days after first entry. Each product page lists its own storage details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide from the United States. US orders over $100 ship free; other rates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility. See the shipping policy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship with tracking. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for US delivery and 10 to 20 business days internationally, depending on destination and customs.
What is your return policy?
Given the nature of these products, all sales are final. If we shipped a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. See the refund policy.

No. Everything we sell is for research, educational, and demonstration use only. Nothing is a medical device, and nothing is for human or veterinary use. Purchasers must be 18 or older. See our full disclaimer.
