Free shipping over $80 (US) / $100 (international)
US orders over $80 ship free. International orders over $100 ship free. Under those thresholds, shipping is not free — your exact rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Worldwide. Domestic (US) and international orders are both welcome, and every one of them ships fully tracked.
Tracked, every single order
The moment your order is dispatched, the tracking number lands in your inbox — you can watch it move door to door. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page. If a parcel ever stalls or goes missing in transit, contact us and we take it up with the carrier ourselves. You never chase a package alone.
Delivery windows
- United States: typically 10 to 15 business days.
- International: typically 10 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Every item ships from climate-controlled storage. Brief temperature changes in transit do not affect product integrity — just avoid prolonged freezing or heat after delivery.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees set by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping. Please review your local import regulations before ordering.
If anything arrives wrong
All sales are final — no returns or exchanges — but that never leaves you holding a bad delivery. If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
