Shipping

We ship from the USA to US addresses only.

• Orders over $100 ship free within the US.
• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, factory-sealed units within 30 days of delivery.

• To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will send a return address and instructions.
• Items must arrive back unused, unopened, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 5 business days of receipt.
• Opened or used items cannot be returned. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we shipped the wrong item.

Nothing we sell is a medical device or is sold as one; nothing is sold sterile; nothing is for human or veterinary use of any kind, or for administering medication or any other substance.
