Is Preppin Peppers a legitimate store?
Yes. This store is operated by Hausgem LLC (dba PreppinPeppers), a United States limited liability company. Every order ships with tracking, faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full, and a human answers support email within 1–2 business days.
Are the pens quality-controlled?
Our pens use a precision dial mechanism (click-dial on the Gansulin, draw-and-push on the V1, V2 and V3) built for consistent, repeatable dispensing, paired with 3 ml glass cartridges. Any wrong, defective, or damaged item is replaced or refunded free.
Are the products sterile or for human use?
No. Everything sold is for research, educational, and demonstration use only. Nothing is sold sterile, as a medical device, or for human or veterinary use, and products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
Will the cartridges fit my pen?
The 3 ml glass cartridges are sized for our reconstitution pens: the Gansulin, V1, V2 and V3. If you are using different hardware, email us the pen model before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
The Travel Starter Kit is a 3-Mode Pen Cooler, one Gansulin click-dial pen, a 10-pack of 3 ml glass cartridges and a 30 ml vial of bacteriostatic water, in one order. The cooler keeps the pen cold three ways and doubles as its protective travel case.

Storage & handling
Bacteriostatic water: store at controlled room temperature, 68 to 77°F (20 to 25°C), away from direct sunlight; never freeze. Once the septum has been punctured, standard practice is to discard the vial 28 days after first entry.
Pens, cartridges, cases and coolers: keep clean and dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Store sealed cartridges in their pouches until use.

Orders ship with tracking emailed to you. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery within the US. We ship worldwide; US orders over $80 ship free. Given the nature of these products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned. Shipping and delivery
Free shipping on US orders of $80 or more and on international orders of $100 or more. Below those minimums the exact shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship: worldwide, fully tracked. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; those are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delivery time: typically 10 to 15 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days internationally. The tracking number is emailed the moment the order ships.

Cartridge and pen compatibility
One cartridge for every pen we sell. The Gansulin, V1, V2 and V3 pens all take the same standard 3 ml (300-unit) glass cartridge with the 11 mm long plunger, the one we sell: about 11.6 mm outer diameter, 62 to 63 mm long, 8 mm crimp neck. Clear and amber cartridges are dimensionally identical; only the glass differs.
Other brands' cartridges in our pens: any standard 3 ml glass cartridge with the 11 mm long plunger (stopper) fits. 3 ml cartridges with the shorter, about 8 mm plunger are a different format, and the two look identical from the outside, so check the plunger height before buying cartridges elsewhere.
Our cartridges in other pens: third-party reusable pens built for the standard 3 ml cartridge format, such as an 80-unit NEST-style pen or a HumaPen Luxura-type 3 ml pen, are designed around the same glass dimensions, but each is built for one plunger height and we have not tested those pens ourselves. Confirm that the pen specifies a 3 ml, 11 mm long-plunger cartridge.
Needles: the pens accept standard screw-on pen needles. Needles are not included and we do not sell them.
Genuine and factory-sealed
Genuine Gansulin. The Gansulin pen ships genuine, new and factory-sealed, and our 3 ml glass cartridges, cases and coolers ship new and sealed the same way.
The bacteriostatic water included in this kit is genuine Pfizer Hospira, supplied sealed with its printed lot number and expiry date.
