The V2 peptide pen is a reusable aluminum pen with an open end and no cap: pull the end knob out to set up to 60 units per draw, then push it in to dispense. It takes standard 3 ml (300-unit) glass cartridges, measures 16 cm by 1.86 cm and comes in 14 colours.

The V2 is a distinct pen, not a version of the all-metal Gansulin pen.
How it works
- Load a standard 3 ml cartridge (see how to load a cartridge pen).
- Attach a standard screw-on pen needle. Clearing air (priming) is done with the needle attached.
- Pull the end knob out. The graduated scale extends and the counter window reads the units, up to 60.
- Push the knob in by hand to dispense the set amount. A 300-unit cartridge covers as many draws as it holds.

What is a V2 pen?
The second model in our reusable pen range: an aluminum draw-and-push pen that sets up to 60 units per draw in 0.01 ml increments. It is laboratory and educational equipment, not a medical device.
What is the difference between the V1, V2 and V3 pens?
All three set and dispense the same way and take the same cartridges. The V1 is the 80-unit metal pen with a clip cap; the V2, this pen, is the 60-unit aluminum pen with an open end and no cap; the V3 is the 60-unit aluminum-alloy pen with a clip cap.
Which cartridges does it take?
Standard 3 ml (300-unit) glass cartridges with the 11 mm long plunger (stopper), the cartridge we sell. 3 ml cartridges are also made with a shorter, about 8 mm plunger, and a pen is built for one height, so check that a cartridge from another source has the 11 mm long plunger before loading it; the glass looks identical from the outside.
Are needles included?
No. Needles are not included and not sold by us. The pen takes standard screw-on pen needles (28G-33G).
Is it reusable?
Yes. Swap in a fresh standard cartridge as needed.
Does it come with a case?
Choose "Pen only" for the pen alone or "With carry case" to add our portable carry case.

STORAGE & HANDLING
The pen is a mechanical instrument: keep it clean and dry at room temperature, protected from dust, moisture and direct sunlight. Do not leave it in a hot car and do not freeze it. With a filled cartridge seated, keep the pen below 86°F (30°C), per the manufacturer. The included zip case protects the dose mechanism in storage and transport.

Orders ship with tracking emailed to you. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery within the US. We ship worldwide; US orders over $80 ship free. Given the nature of these products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned. Shipping and delivery
Free shipping on US orders of $80 or more and on international orders of $100 or more. Below those minimums the exact shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship: worldwide, fully tracked. International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; those are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Delivery time: typically 10 to 15 business days in the US and 10 to 20 business days internationally. The tracking number is emailed the moment the order ships.

Cartridge and pen compatibility
One cartridge for every pen we sell. The Gansulin, V1, V2 and V3 pens all take the same standard 3 ml (300-unit) glass cartridge with the 11 mm long plunger, the one we sell: about 11.6 mm outer diameter, 62 to 63 mm long, 8 mm crimp neck. Clear and amber cartridges are dimensionally identical; only the glass differs.
Other brands' cartridges in our pens: any standard 3 ml glass cartridge with the 11 mm long plunger (stopper) fits. 3 ml cartridges with the shorter, about 8 mm plunger are a different format, and the two look identical from the outside, so check the plunger height before buying cartridges elsewhere.
Our cartridges in other pens: third-party reusable pens built for the standard 3 ml cartridge format, such as an 80-unit NEST-style pen or a HumaPen Luxura-type 3 ml pen, are designed around the same glass dimensions, but each is built for one plunger height and we have not tested those pens ourselves. Confirm that the pen specifies a 3 ml, 11 mm long-plunger cartridge.
Needles: the pens accept standard screw-on pen needles. Needles are not included and we do not sell them.
