What it is

KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, making it the most-cited four-part repair blend. KPV is a small tripeptide (lysine-proline-valine) fragment of alpha-MSH.
In practice, it is often a ~80 mg four-peptide vial.
Why these are combined
KPV is studied for anti-inflammatory signaling, including NF-κB modulation and gut-barrier research.
Adding it to GLOW brings an inflammation-and-immune angle to the skin-and-repair base, which is the reason this four-peptide version exists as a distinct blend.
Key point: Adding KPV to the GLOW base introduces an inflammation-and-immune angle to the standard skin-and-repair research profile.
The components
- GHK-Cu — copper tripeptide, skin and matrix-remodeling research.
- KPV — alpha-MSH fragment studied for anti-inflammatory and gut-barrier signaling.
- BPC-157 — angiogenesis and gut/vascular repair research.
- TB-500 — cell-migration research.
Reconstitution and blending

Reconstituted with bacteriostatic water into a single multi-peptide cartridge, combining four compounds in one vial shortens the conservative beyond-use window. Because of this, it must be kept refrigerated and short-dated.
Our reconstitution and DIY blend calculators handle the per-cartridge volumes and beyond-use timing once you have decided what shares a cartridge.
Status in sport
All four components are treated as prohibited in sport under WADA, so KLOW is prohibited at all times.
